Possibly Red Wing's greatest citizen, AP Anderson was both a scientist and an artist.  This video is from the 2004 Grand Excursion & Bend in the River performance of; "The 7 Most Important Red Wing Stories".   This 9 minute segment presents a short overview on the life and discoveries of AP, the founder of the puffing or exploding process for food production. The buildings of the Anderson Center (mostly all built by AP) celebrated their 100th birthday in 2015.
